Our products are prepared with care and attention to ensure they arrive perfectly. Shipping times vary depending on the product type:
1. Clothing (in-stock)
- Preparation time: 1–2 business days
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
- Tracking number will be provided upon shipment
2. Handmade Jewelry (made to order)
- Preparation time: 2–5 business days
- Will be shipped with tracking
- Customer will be notified when the order leaves the workshop
3. Headdresses and Ceremony Pieces (handmade, made to order)
- Preparation time: 2–5 business days
- Will be shipped with tracking and secure packaging
- Customer will be notified when the order leaves the workshop
4. International or Special Shipments
- We currently only ship within the Canary Islands
- For shipments outside the Canary Islands, costs and times will be informed before confirming the order
5. Delays and Communication
- Preparation times are approximate due to the handmade nature of the products
- Any delays will be communicated to the customer immediately
