Exchanges and returns

At YOW, we carefully craft each piece. Due to the nature of our creations, return conditions vary by product type.


1. Clothing (in-stock)
  • The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
  • The product must be unused, with tags and original packaging and in perfect condition.
  • The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.

2. Handmade jewelry (made to order)

 

  • Each piece is made after receiving the order, so there may be slight variations, marks or irregularities inherent to the manual process. These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.
  • No exchanges or returns are accepted for aesthetic differences, small imperfections, variations in texture, relief or finish compared to the photographs. Returns will only be accepted if the piece arrives damaged, broken or with a structural problem that prevents its normal use.
  • Any incident must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the order, attaching photographs of the condition of the product and the packaging.

3. Headpieces and ceremonial pieces (handmade, made to order)
  • These pieces are handmade and are not kept in stock.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
  • Any defect must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from the receipt of the order
